USA ECU possibly bad in 2005 Camry

Hey guys, I have a problem with my 2005 Camry LE. The car started to run really rough one day. So I checked in the engine bay and found out that it appeared like an animal chewed through the injector wires for injector on the number 2 cylinder. I wired it back up, making sure to connect the correct wires together. But the car still has a check engine light for cylinder 2 miss fire (I had the code cleared and it still did nothing). I assumed maybe the spark plugs needed to be changed so I changed them and still nothing.

Next, I unplugged the cylinder 2 plug for the injector and hooked up a noid light to it and it showed that the injector is not getting any power from the car, or injector pulse.

So I have a few questions I have been searching and searching and it is really hard to find any information.

First off, I am assuming that since the wires were chewed with the cooper wires physically exposed to each other, that it might have shorted some how. This short I am assuming would cause ECU failure.

I am just curious if you guys could point me in the right direction for either a wiring diagram or an ECU pin out.

Also I am thinking about replacing the ECU myself by buying a used one. If I get one do I have to do anything special with it, or can I just plug it into the car and I should be good to go?

Thanks for any help guys. I have been trying to find info but it is very hard to find much information.
