There is heat rejection and UV glazing in the glass that help block these rays. For additional light reduction and UV/IR rejection, tint films can be installed on rear windows. In some states front ones including windshield can't be tinted.
The truck should have window film. It's easy to prove.
Ask what film the dealer uses. probably some el cheapo stuff? Check your local
3M Scotchgard installer. Check our their
Crystalline film. These have water marks for authenticity.

I have a 2004 4Runner. The rear and back glass have factory tint and it is not a film type tint.
Anyone know about the Camry Window Tint option ?
Thanks
