03 camry rear caliper issue

one of the calipers on my wifes 03 camry started dragging and wearing down the tire. i bought both rear calipers and shoes. ended up that my camry is a jap version and the calipers are diffrent than most.

my issue is im unable to get the caliper loose from the braket it mounts to, which i believe is called the torque baraket. the caliper only has one bolt to take off but the other side there isnt. this is great if all you want to do is replace the pads, the caliper just swings out of the way. how do i remove the whole caliper????

thanks for any help

not sure how the j-version looks like, but im assuming it would the same as the front caliper. ive done the rear brakes on my 05 SE and its the same deal as the front calipers. take a picture to better explain your situation
