headlight lens getting blurry?

my headlight lens are starting to get blurry. has anyone here buffed they headlights with good results??

I'm doing mine soon, but you should have posted this on the car care section. Even before you did that, if you do a search you might find something.

Blurry as in oxidation, yellowing, or all the above? I got a remedy to get rid of that and you DON'T need anything fancy. If you're trying to get rid of scratches too then you'll need a buffing pad

How many more cloudy headlight threads are needed?

Buffing works great. But for a cheap fix you can use tooth paste and a rag and use a buffing motion.

Also search on YouTube. A TV program showed a paint restoration compound being used with excellent results. Couldn't remember if it was:

As mentioned, toothpaste works but less satisfactorily.

bought plastx today and applied on terry towl and hand buffed. looks crystal clear now. i didnt even need to sand it.
