2009 Camry start up RPM's

Hi,
I just purchased a 2009 Camry XLE 4cyl. It has 12K miles. I just got it and noticed on morning start-ups the initial RPM will hover at around 2,000 for a few seconds than go down to 1,800 for another few seconds. Then it will stay at 1,500 for about a minute or so as the engine warms up. Is this normal for such a low mileage car? The resting RPM is around 8-900, so should I be concerned? thanks for any help.
