Gen5 {question } gen 5 shocks and lowering spring

I have 2002 toyota camry SE

I need to replace my rear shocks for sure.. it makes swoosh sound.

1. GR-2 shocks.. are they any good? I'm not much of car person.. so I do not know any diffrence. I'm sure it would be better then my current situation

2. SHould I replace all 4 or just back two? my car is 111K miles. shock replacement is long over due.

3. Lowering springs? what do they do? Just for looks?

I'm going to replace my rear sway bar to TRD . i heard that it have 3 settings which should I use?

thank you very much. I think I'm going to use this camry until i run this car to the ground.
I just did trans drain, sparks plug.. belt etc. I would like to get the ride quality get back to it's prime ( coil over is not option too $$$ )

The SE comes with GR-2 struts (we have struts not shocks). They are the only "aftermarket" struts available..and you know how they ride since you have them already

Replace all 4.

3. Lowering springs? what do they do? Just for looks?

Springs offer better handling, safety, and ofcourse better look. There are several brands/heights etc. For example i have Eibach, it lowered my front 2" (i have a V6) and Rear 1.4 or 1.2" i can't remember which.

I also have this, and i have it set on Track. (the hole closest to the bar)
