Gen6 Fog lights don't turn on.

I have an 07 camry. The fog lights won't turn on anymore, 3 days ago was working fine. I checked every fuse under the hood and all seemed ok ( i didn't know which one was the fog fuse). The fog light dash indicates that are on, but no response from the fog light it self. Checked the bulbs and are ok, what else can i check to find a solution? There was a big storm those days and a lot of water in the roads, the plastic casing is a little cracked, so i suspect that water could have something to do with this problem??

There are more fuses than under the hood ones..............

#4 fuse, 15 Amp is for the fogs.

Reading that glove box or on-line Owner Manual is a little tough.
