I'm not sure you want to do a full drain and flush at that mileage if it has never been maintained. Maybe drain a couple quarts out and then refill and then do this weekly for a couple of months before draining completely. At 92k miles the stuff must look like mud. Shame on you.

I go to an independent Goodyear store where i use to work. I think they charge about 80ish. I replace all my fluids every 30k. Except brakes, I change fluid when replacing parts.
I personally never do transmission service to me that is just asking for oil leak. I sold my last car with 120k miles on it, never done transmission oil change and it was driving just fine.
If I recall the Gen 5 trans fluid dipstick says something about not changing the fluid or something to that effect.there's a sticker around the top of the stick handle.check it out, don't remember what it says
I've never done a tranny oil change yet on my camry, but on most cars i've done, i had to change out the gasket and the filter. It should come in the same package. Some have a little bolt that allows you to drain the oil first before taking off the filter, and others require you to take off the filter and have the tranny oil just burst out all at once.
Good luck. You should be able to do it yourself with the basic tools.

I did mine a little while ago. Its a pretty easy DIY job if you don't feel like paying the dealer. There is a drain plug on the pan that you can remove if you have an allan wrench set. (I don't remember the size though) Once its empty you just use a socket wrench to remove the bolts holding up the pan. Clean it, replace the filter, bolt it back on & put drain plug back in, fill it with fluid and you're done. If you subtract the cost of the fluid from their $120 charge (about $30-$40?) they are charging you roughly $80 -$90 for a job you could do in 30 mins.

nothing beats DIY. the dealer is always trying to pull a fast one on customers. after recall is done by dad's glove box keeps falling out of track. seems like something besides the recall was done.
