Splash Guard Fasteners

For reasons I can't fathom some of the fasterners have come out of the fiberboard thing in the underside front that I assume is a splash guard. Some of the fasteners seem to just hold two parts of the guard together and don't anchor into anything. Others hold the splash guard to the underbody.

Does anybody know where I can get the floating fasteners that hold pieces of the guard together and what I call them?

Also, does anyone know the thread size for the screws that hold the guard to the frame? I'm afraid to remove another of them to take to get replacements because the guard may come off.

It's kind of a drive to the dealer, so I was hoping to avoid it.

Okay, I made a trip to the dealer. Turns out they weren't screws at all. They were these things:

I found fasteners that will work at Advanced Auto. They are of a different design but work.

Are you sure? I thought mine were until I looked carefully. The outside ones use screws but the three central ones use the fasteners shown in the picture above on my 2004 Camry

does anyone know if these fasteners can be used to clip the engine splashguard back onto the frame under the car? i ran over some ice and now its dragging on the floor and i know the middle part under the car is held together via clips like in the upper part of this thread, was wondering if these would work?
