How to find Mfg date & in service date

Hi guys,

Is there a way I can find out online (or otherwise) the manufacture date of my '09 Camry I4? I bought this car used about a month ago and curious to know exactly when it came off the line. If it's after May 21, 2008 then TSB 0068-08 should have been done.

<< never mind first question - found mfg date on pillar to be 2/2009 >>

Also, is there a way to find out the 'in service date' of the car so I know how much warranty I have left.

Thanx.

i believe warranty is good for 3 yrs, or till you reach 36,000 miles. im not positive. but i recently had my middle ac air vent louvers replaced because it would not stay in 1 position and i had my front brakes and rotors resurfaced and i was not charged. it was still under warranty. i have 29k on my car.

Call up a dealer and they can tell you when the car was first sold.

Go to Toyotaowners.com (or something like that ), register, put in your VIN, and it will tell you when they did dealer prep and delivery, and any other service done at a Toyota dealer.

Thanks guys. I registered with "ToyotaOwnersOnline.com". This is a nice site where I can check all the service done - but couldn't find the 'in-service' date. But I called the dealer and got the info. So thanks.
