A little discolored is probably not of concern. But if it's brown/black then it's bad. I would change the fluid and filter every ~45K km if you intend on keeping the car for a while.
The Aisin U250E transmission, if Australia is using that, should be running T-IV. Not sure if they gone over the thin WS fluid. I would get the ATF and filter replaced. Make sure they actually drop the pan. If still T-IV then use Castrol Import Multi-vehicles ATF or Mobil-1 ATF that's suitable for T-IV. I don't know what fluids are available in Aus.

The automatic gearbox fluid is looking a little discolored, is this normal or should I get the fluid changed on the next service 82,500 km ?
I'm new to automatic gearboxes, I know what I'm doing with a manual gearbox !
