Could be a number of things....wheel bearings, bolts, nuts...etc.

Try to grease the spring where it perches on the sleeve and also the bottom sleeve that stands on the strut.

I'm not in your area so I am of no help. If you are willing to pay, go to a suspension shop that does lifts for trucks.

Good luck.

First, I would start by greasing up what I mentioned above. Then, double check bolts and adjustments. If it is still horrible, I would uninstall the coils and start fresh.....then if all else fails, take her in to the shop.

The bolts go on the top bolt of the lower strut mount. There are 2 big bolts that connect the strut to the rest of the hub. You take out the bolt that's closest to the sway bar link that connects to the strut. If you go on youtube, you can find plenty of videos that show how it's done. You should have 1-1.5 degrees of adjustment on the stock bolts, but don't expect much more from the bolts you bought, i tried them and didn't do much. I might be working on my coilovers this monday to lower my car a bit more and i can show you what bolt it is, if you don't find it by what i told you.
