Hey do you guys think this 2007 Avalon is at a good Price?

Its a LIMITED edition. with 26,XXX Mileage. does not come with navigation. it is certified vehicle and no accidents.

The dealer price it at $21,995. we offered $21,000 out-the-door (with tax and tiltle and DOC fees) but the offer was turned down. they offered us at $22,500 out-the-door. what do you guys think? is that a good price? what price would you guys pay for it?

You should check the service record, make sure all TSBs and recalls can be performed free of charge. There is a crapload of TSBs out there for the Avalon.

Nothing special on the price compared to '07, '08 Limiteds with way less mileage listed on EBAY......

Well, this is just my opinion, but I wouldn't come up to their price. The 2007 is almost 4 yrs old. Here's a link for an '07 Limited at Royal Palm Beach -- and they're usually pretty expensive. There are a few more miles on this one though.

Good luck.

I was looking at Avalons before I bought my SE last month. I would advise you to keep looking. The price is on the definitely on the high side. 19-20K is more like it for that car. I didn't buy an Avalon because I didn't like the suspension settings. Also I've found that used Avalons are not good sellers and if you catch a dealer thats had the car in inventory for a while you are in a much better position to cut a good deal.

You can check sites like kbb.com, edmunds.com, etc and will have plenty of numbers. Based on the following numbers, looks like the dealer is trying to hose you. But enter more accurate info yourself to find out. I think that Avalon is overpriced. Try to negotiate free maintenance and extended warranty WITHOUT putting down more $$$.

Also watch out for cold engine piston slap problems on the 3.5L.

+1. Based on the Edmunds.com numbers I think OP should be able to get this Avalon at fire sale prices.

Just checked edmunds.com. 2011 starts there. What a joke.
