2007 camry Audio Color Code

I am having trouble with the rear speakers, i know the code is:

Left rear Speaker is Black/Positive and White/Negative
Right rear Speaker is Red/Positive and Yellow/Negative

But when i took out the rear speakers its both Black with a solid red line going all the way through and the other is black with red stripes

can you guys help me out to determine which one is which?

The correct wiring should be:

Black Plus grouped with Yellow Neg Left Rear
Red plus grouped with white Neg Right rear

I returned your PM.

FYI, My 2011 don't match either.

Connector OF1 is where it would change, which is located under the "A" pillar on the passenger side in the dash. Remove the glove box to gain access.

It is just above the right side kick panel. should be the lowest right connector. Just match the wire colors to the pin number back to the head unit/receiver.

Why not just hook them up and listen for the difference?

Perhaps I'm wrong on this, but its always worked for me before. Speakers should be loudest when you're in between them since you getting the noise from both equally. If they seem to get quieter when between them, one speaker is out of phase and you need to switch the polarity. I would imagine the same process would work for front to back to see if you have the phase wrong on the back in general, but I've only ever done this for left and right. This might be easier than tracing the wires though.

Either way, good luck!
