it won't be that easy since you had a gen4 and you're moving up to a gen5... cars are cars... they're basically all the same... metal frame with 4 wheels, held on by plastic clips
Cheapest mod? moving up a gen means more cost on mods... I say get tints
why is that a hell no on those rims? im thinking of painting the car Black and lime green.. Also first mod for cheapest??
Even if you're thinking of painting the car Black and Lime green, I'd still say hell no to those rims. See the other thread that is currently going about Orange wheels on a White Gen 6; the Camry is not an Evo, Eclipse, etc. Unless you're planning on turning the car into a show car those wheels are too flashy.
And frankly, not to sound like a parent or a downer, but painting a car isn't cheap (at least to have it done right) so if you're looking for a job and the cheapest mods you can do first I'd tend to think you're probably not going to be able to afford painting the car in the near future.
Disclaimer: All the above is just IMHO, its your car and you have to do what you like with it.
Good luck finding my grille...i get a PM a week asking where igot it and where to find it...i can't find one anywhere....but i'll sell mine for a grand.

Keep the grille!!!!
Also, I'd go for a cleaner, less obnixious rim. Go for one that would work well w/ the maroon for now. I wouldn't suggest such a drastic paint job unless you were dedicated to become rice.
I like these personally, they remind me of TRD Wheels, which can make any Camry look.
