Peak Global coolant

I was in a bind and had to top off my coolant with Peak Global. Does this necessitate a flush? I added around 1L total (includes .5L deionized water). The bottle said compatible with all coolants. The only other stuff they had was a Dexcool and the regular Prestone (yellow bottle).

System was otherwise filled with Toyota pink.

I replaced the OEM coolant in my 2004 Camry V6 two years ago with Valvoline Zerex HOAT Dex Cool and have seen no adverse effects. I wanted to use Toyota's coolant ,but $22.00 a gallon is too much for me.I talked to a Valvoline techie about Zerex and concluded that Dex Cool is very close to Toyota's pink stuff. I know that some individuals have had problems with Zerex, but it has worked for me. I have also used Dex Cool in three Honda all-aluminum engines with no problems.
