Hi..!! I am goin' to put an amp on my car. I am confused to put the Power wire cable from the engine compartment to the interior compartment. Does someone has any suggestion? I don't want to drilling the firewall. Thank you for your help.

if you look underneath the steering column where the firewall is there should be a big rubber grommet thing where all the stock wires come in from the engine bay. Thats where i ran my power wire, and it was kicker hyper flex 0 gauge wire so it was pretty big. lol
So, the cable is from passenger side?
Thank you for ur help..!!
no i ran my wires through the driver side panels all the way to the back. i ran the power wire underneath the grommet no way i was going to fit it inside the grommet along with all the stock wires. lol
Just a quick tip: Once you've found a place to route the power cable from the engine bay to the cabin, a good thing to do is to tape the cable to a straight piece of metal wire. This ensures that the cable remains straight as it goes through the hole, so that it can't bundle up in the firewall. As soon as the metal wire comes through into the cabin, untape the power cable and pull the excess through.
Straightening out an old coat hanger is a good alternative if you don't have any wire lying around. Sometimes the power cable will go straight through with no hassles and without the need for a straight piece of wire, and other times it can be a right bastard - So keep that in mind if you get stuck

When looking in the engine bay towards the rear there is a rubber groumet your LEFT side (passenger) , it comes out behind the glove box which is easily removable.
The only down fall is that it is on the opposite side of the battery.
Good luck, its going to be frustrating running the wire, that would probably be the most time consuming part id say, i HATE running wires from the interior through the firwall!
thanks guys..
I have run the cable down through the driver side. The hardest part is to find the best spot to hide the cable. lol. under the carpet or under the "plastic case" on the driver side. Another problem is the cable length. It seems that 17 ft 8 gauge cable is not enough to reach the trunk.
I'll inform you guys for the update. BTW, thanks once again. hehe. Still looking for advise though.

my rubber grommet is under my steering column i also have a I4 i think the V6 engine is less space. lol
BTW, what is the ampere output of the original alternator? will it enough to run 400 peak watt amplifier?
your be fine, the stock alt is 100 amps, i upgraded mine too 200 amps just incase i ever wanted to run more power, im currently running 1500 watts. i ran my 0 gauge under the plastic panels, suprisingly they fit somehow along with other wires for my system. lol
OMG.. you can open the plastic panel? I am bit confused with it. i can't pull out the panel.
1. Would you mind giving me a tips to pull the panel out, so i can see through the panel B too.
2. would you mind giving me an advise, where should i put my remote wire, because i don't want to change my HU. hehe..
@Blackcam09 I already saw your pic, nice car..!!! love your car...!!!! did you change the alternator by yourself??
