So here it is
Gen 6 Headlights opened up havnt took it apart yet
These are the MDX D2s Headlights Opened
These are the TSX-R Lens that im going to use in the retro
This is what i have for now im going to work on it some more and post day by day, Trying to finish by Monday

should be done faster if u have time. notch the bottom, insert the lenses into the mdxs, screw into camry headlights, then either seal them or paint shrouds then seal. if u have a full day u can in a few hours take apart all headlights and do it all minus the paint curing lol. nice progress btw.

Shouldnt i cut the side limiter on the shield too to give it more width with the light? i see lagasman thread on the Solara he cut the side limiter on the shields.
solaras don't come with limiters on the sides. mdx only do. yea u can do that. last mdx retro i did i left them intact since they had plenty of width already. from what i rememember they limit the light on the left side. prob to blind oncoming drivers/passengers less. make sure u do good cuts bc everything will get magnified. part of reason i didn't go at them.

Nathan,
Check out my thread as I have done this retrofit already. You will love it. You are using the same combo
as I did. I also have cutoff pics, my build process to help you out. Glenn14's Update Thread

Updates of pics on the shield and some cutoff pics tonight, I work during all day till about 10 at night i only got few hours to do what i do before i pass out, so i really only got 1 hour of work time on the lights each night
i'll just answer ur pm so rest can know for future too... when testing at 50ft plus many people like it so that the step is super sharp. if u want that then go for it. if u want sharp from close by then test around 25 ft.
the sides will be a bit blurry bc the shield is not curved. curved shield will make it sharp all across like my rx afs.
well heres some pictures of what ive done so far. Cant do much anymore since my dremel is out of battery, my friend gave it back to me and for got the charger
This is the projector with the notch cut out to fit the Gen 6 shrouds
Test firing one of the projector, just to make sure i get the Cut Off that i like.
Almost done, just need to paint my shroud. Im gonna be using Pawell and Langasman little trick with painting the shield with a High Heat Matte Blue spray paint to get a little more color out of my lights

looks good. i actually have 2 dremels now bc of the battery issue. 1 is my small one that uses battery and i got a high end one that plugs into wall. couldn't stand the recharging of battery.
