CD Changer (2011) - Problems?

My wife just got a new 2011 Camry SE, three days after she got it she puts a couple CDs, now they are stuck and won't come out.

Dealer said it was her fault b/c she put in a burned CD and gave her some BS about they are a physical different size that a normal one.

They said they have to order an entire new unit for the car.

I did some searching on the web and there were apparently a lot of issue is 2008 with this.

Has anyone seen anything simliar on a 2011?

I'm waiting for them to give me a bill so I can really flip out.

Burned CDs have nothing to do with it, they're all the same size, you just got a defective unit n should be covered under warranty. You should put the CDs in their mouths for whoever told you the burned CDs have different sizes.

ugg this is why i hate dealers. they will also probably make you pay for the fix. get some burned cds and prove the size aint different and if all else fails cd in mouth should work
