Gen6 2011 Camry SE.. Want XM Radio

Ok just got my Camry Se last week. It has the base stereo as I plan to upgrade later on. I have already installed a 10" sub tube and 800w amp to the factory head unit. I want XM radio but when I press SAT on the radio it goes to FM. The dealer says the Rcvr box is not installed and wants $450 for it. I asked what the antenna on the roof was for and he said the radio. I told him my system has two antennas plugged into the back of the deck.

So this leads me to my question..

Do I have to buy the $450 rcvr and what they say antenna?

I did a search and came up with nothing.

Yes, you'll need the separate XM receiver module. The antenna on the roof is for the XM, but the rest of the XM equipment is optional. The radios are "XM ready", which means they can process an XM signal, but the vehicle doesn't have XM as it sits, not as standard equipment anyway.

Ok so I think at this point I should just get an aftermarket stereo. For $450 i can get Sat Radio, HD, and Bluetooth. Think I am going to save up for the Rosen Nav unit with the adapters. I am not too big a fan of an aftermarket radio in this car as the cavity is too huge for a single din and I haven't found a double din I like.
