Axle-back on an Automatic..

This is going to be a rather stupid question, but after my drop and wheels I was possibly thinking of getting an axle-back. I was thinkin HKS. The thing is it would most likely sound pretty lame since its an automatic. Thoughts and opinions? Thanks.

check the exhaust thread for examples of different exhaust on the different engines. hks sounds good on the gen6 v6. should on others too. have u also thought about the trd one?

No, I have not thought about the TRD one. I'll check it out. It's an i4, I'm just looking for 2-2.5in diameter. Not really looking for the unnecessary 3" mufflers. Thanks for the advice.

so trd sounds like will be perfect then. i heard it on a gen5 and sounds nice.

Lol can't really find any sound clips for the TRD muffler. It seems people are suggesting the Vibrant muffler. I heard it on redline's it was pretty nice.

yea i heard vibrant in person few times. love it on i4. just go for vibrant.

I have a Magnaflow Catback with deleted resonator....and mine is an auto....
