Gen 6 Rear Bike Rack/Tow Hitch

Any suggestions for brands? Pics? Didn't see anything immediately on a search.

I'll be looking for an easily removable high quality one that attaches to the trunk rather than a Tow hitch though.

We just got the tow hitch one on the XLE... i don't have any pics of it though.

I also have one that straps to the trunk. It works well but a painin the ass ifyou need your trunk.

The roof rack is only take 5' to take off plus u can use the trunk if needed. The roof rack I have is a Yakima, as for gen6 don't get the 58" get the 48". It fit better don't hit yur head when you step out the car

I wouldn't mind a roof rack but isn't it annoying to get the bike on and off your roof?

Or do you actually use it hehe?

If you get the roof rack remember when the bike is on top you add like 5' to the height of your car and if you have to go in a parking garage you're kind of screwed...

With the hitch you CAN use the trunk still.

I use a Saris bike rack. Has 6 straps, and 2 stoppers that rest on the trunk/bumper. You can open the trunk even with it secured.

...and I got it for free.

hitch is the only way to go, you can carry your bike and have access to the trunk. Don't waste time or money on anything else.
