Gen6 Possible to program master key myself?

so i'm planning on buying a new master key for my aunt, she drives a 09 Camry LE... i asked a local dealership and they said they'll cut the key for free. and i was hoping to program it myself afterwards, is it possible? it's not the transponder, just the black key with the lock, unlock, trunk, panic function.

and uhm..i can't seem to find any programming details on this forum, so i post this thread, and of course..................how do i program the key?

Is it possible to program my toyoTa keyless remote from 2000 cam to activate my viper alarm upon locking?

Is it possible to onboard prgram a smart key for the 2009 to my car (not the keyless entry key)?

programable keys

2009 Matrix XRS. I checked with a Denver locksmith that does auto remote repairs and programmable key replacement. Older model Toyota remotes will not work. It was $170 for the key blank-programmable chip plus cutting cost plus programming. $35 more to get the programmable remote key with the lock-unlock-alarm buttons. Even if you could get a regular key cut to unlock the car and turn the ignition, the car will not start unless you also have a programmable key within range of the cars sensor. The car looks for a matching signal from the Anti theft key. No matching signal, no start. Auto dealers love them because it cut way back on auto theft and insurance premiums.
