New to me, 2002 4 cyl Camary, 100K. I just got it about 4 - 5 months ago and need to change the fluids.
Oil - I will use Mobil Syn
Power Steering - ATF Dexron 111 (Nothing better is there?) Turkey Baster?
Brake Fluid - ? Turket Baster?
Tranny - I read a few posts here...dealer or Mobil 1 Fully Syn ATF
Coolant - ? For coolant is there a drain plug on the rad? There is the plastic apron under there so didn't immediately see a drain plug.

Is the fuel filter accessible?
Advice / recommendations?
Thanks.
The fuel filter is located in the fuel tank and is not accessible without lowering the tank. Apparently it does not need to be changed. Run a can of seafoam through your gas tank. That should sufficiently clean the fuel system. And yes there is a drain plug under the radiator, evidently on the passanger side.

Any quality synthetic oil, Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Amsoil, etc.
Power steering, if royal purple or Lucas power steering fluid is compatible go that route. If not a synthetic Dexron III ATF fluid. Turkey baster should work fine.
Brake fluid, syntheic Dot 3 or 4. make sure your turkey baster is clean before using it in your brake system.
Don't forget to drain the block. I believe all brake fluid could be called "synthetic". DOT 3 or 4 is DOT 3 or 4.Glycol base right?
Technically all could be synthetic. However Synthetic for brake fluid generally refers to having a silicone base vs a mineral base. the key is use a DOT 3 or 4 fluid. DOT 5 is generally not compatible with ABS systems. A DOT 4 fluid will be compatible with your DOT 3 fluids.

Oil - I will use Mobil Syn Even Walmart brand synthetic brand is fine for 5000 miles intervals. Mobil is fine though
Power Steering - ATF Dexron 111 (Nothing better is there?) Turkey Baster?
Brake Fluid - ? Turket Baster? Castrol LMA or Valvoline sythetic
Tranny - I read a few posts here...dealer or Mobil 1 Fully Syn ATF Whatever you use, ensure it's compatible with Toyota Type IV.
Coolant - ? For coolant is there a drain plug on the rad? There is the plastic apron under there so didn't immediately see a drain plug. Use no silica coolant -- something like Peak Global
The only fluid choice you maybe need to double check is the A.T.F. Not so much the brand (dealer is probably better is you can afford it), but check the ATF dipstick and the owners manual to make sure what type.
I have a 2002 but its a V6, your ATF may be different but - for mine it specifies toyota TIV only. No Dexron 3 or 4 here if that's the case, they don't interchange if toyota says you need TIV.
Castrol makes TIV equivalents that i have used for atf change, and they perform fine. About a buck cheaper too.
On my V6 the radiator drain plug is on the driver side of the radiator. It is a white plastic plug that unscrews counterclockwise and then you remove it to let the coolant drain out. You can see it by peeking over the shroud and looking at the very bottom, and you can even unscrew it from up top. Naturally your 4 cylinder could be different.
