I don't believe its possible with a OEM remote, i know a aftermarket viper or clifford is standard unlock all doors when unlocking/disarming the alarm with one click.

First of all HE, don't make assumptions
No need for everyone to be jackasses all at once...
Not being lazy, just wanted to know if it's possible since other cars have that feature
I checked the manual, but it didn't relate to it.
Anyways its a Gen 6 2010 Toyota Camry SE.
Thanks for the people who gave straightforward yes or no input.
Thanks for the answer. Must have missed it because I saw unlocking things related to the Push Button Start version
Good luck - was one of my first 'service' I had done on my car - it's anoying to have to press that button 3 times (1 - driver, 2 - both front, 3 - all four doors) - at least that is how mine was setup when I got it.
Yea that's how I feel, Mine is 1 press for driver side, 2 press for all, and usually I open all the doors anyways. Do they charge $14.95 per remote or is that overall?

I paid that for each reprogramming item aka all remotes was one, DRL was another...but it was when I was in Upstate NY when I bought the car new there...I thought it was very cheap but they said that was the standard rate for each reprogramming of features offered.
