That Borla looks sweet actually.

I don't know anyone who has it though for the V6.

You should consider which one looks better to you, and which one sounds better to you.

I have the TRD for 3 simple reasons: OEM looks, looks good, and deeper sound but not overly loud (though at 2500RPM on the highway, you will hear the exhaust sing and it may start tiring you out)

Since you have an SE, the exhaust will be hidden heavily by bodykit, so that might not be a huge consideration.

Borla is axel back. TRD is a full catback.

If you click on the PDF link on install, it shows pic of it installed on a red Camry.

For the price Borla is charging, I'll pay a little more and get TRD.

You can get 10-20% off that $929. You can tell your dealer you know they're paying Toyota like $600 something and the rest they make is profit. I paid $1K installed, which was the deal I made with them. It took them about 2 hours so it was a decent deal.

MJZ is correct in regards to price/discount.

I got mine for under $750 after stupid 8.75% NYS tax. There has been numerous threads already on the TRD exhausts with links and prices. Please do a search on the forum.

Secondly, I purchased the exhaust and installed it myself with a help from a friend.

I bought my Borla axle back from autoanything for around $500 and installed it in about an hour(thats with taking my time). I don't have anything against the trd exhaust, but even IF you could get it for 700 even...thats 200 bucks to save. and i personally like the borla just as much as the sound of the trd. honestly between both, looking back, i woulda went custom, i want more growl, a bit more aggressive. but thats me

mine on utube (it has gotten actually a tiny bit deeper sound since this was taken

Looks good but my TRDs definitely sound deeper than that.
