Excessive inner tire wear

What could be the problem?

My tires at 3/32nds so I am not crying to sleep over it, but the inside portion of the tires are torn to shreds... like it went over a cheese grater.

I don't think I had this problem before my Tein + KYB drop. Got an alignment at the Toy dealer at the same day too.

Suggestions appreciated - I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow to be safe.

These ZR tires have lasted around 30,000 miles already, and I was hoping to take advantage of the 45,000 mile treadwear warranty but apparently this isn't possible anymore because of the uneven wear

Forgot to mention that pressures are good. Around 32-33 cold.

So is this an alignment issue?

If so, why do they fail so hard at alignment?

negative camber

Did you get your car realigned after lowering it?

So, should increasing camber slightly be easy to do without any costly labor?

When you lower the suspension the camber goes negative. If it's more than the stock adjustments then you'd need a chamber kit. Basically an eccentric bolt with more adjustment than stock.

Now don't tell me the alignment shop gave you a page full of green numbers.
