2007 Camry SE Help

I have a 2007 Camry SE with 96,000km on it and out of nowhere while driving my speedo stopped working and the car started decelerating and then shut itself off. I tried starting it again and it wouldn't start. The cruise control and check engine lights are flashing and the abs and brake lights are on. My radio wouldn't turn on either. I towed it to the dealership and they thought it was the Immobilizer ECU so they ordered one obviously not covered under warranty and they put it in and that wasn't the problem. They're saying they need someone from Toyota Canada to come take a look at it and see what exactly is wrong with it. I have no aftermarket parts or anything in the car, it is bone stock. Has anyone ever had this problem before?

alternater supplies power after start and recharges battery. A car will run with no alt but not for long so it definately not alt. please more detail on start up, does it turn over or no? key to ACC, radio work? key to ON, do lights come on? the more info the better. too many things it could be until there is more info. A car need 3 things, fuel, air and spark. lose one and the car is not starting.

yes it does turn over but it does not start up, radio does not work at all and the lights on the dash that i mentioned comes on. i think it's something electrical as well but it's just a matter of figuring out what exactly. the car is at the dealership right now and there were some blown fuses but i don't know exactly which ones. i just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced anything like this. when i find out more, i will update this.

well i forgot to mention that they changed the ecm as well and put in a brand new one, which would have been covered under warranty but that was not the issue. i have an i4 as well.
