i had a bunch of crap in my trunk and i juss noticed theres a big crack on my w7 any1 know of a cheap fix??? i read on sum forums that jl audio says i can send it in with $300 and get a new 1 but i cant do that til i save up

Sorry to hear that man. Just look around for a local audio shop to see if they cn do it or if they knw any1. Man with 300$ you cn almost buy a new sub. Buy a Digital Design sub nxt time. lol. Post a pic so we cn see how bad it is? If you can. Good luck.
They will replace for $300? It won't be less to buy a new one?
But couldn't you just recone the subwoofer?
x2 yes you can recone it yourself if know how too, or get someone else to do it that knows to save you money. You will have to buy the recone kit though, i don't know how much they are though.
also check this forum, i have a account on there and alot of the guys are very helpful there. Maybe they can help you out too.
haha i tried that but i was askin for just the w7 not all those diff brands and i was just 2 lazy 2 keep googling

well its 12" and online they start from about $550-$830

Dose it make extra sounds that it isn't suppose to? Try a simple fix duck tape =) We fixed a rockford fosgate T2 with caulk lol but id try duck tape as a cheap fix first in case you do sent it back for a replacement lol
