Both the wife and my phone works with the Blue Logic but we have a problem with the dash button. The dash button doesn't answer a call.We have to use the phone manually to answer then Blue logic works.
Any idea what's wrong before the car goes back to the dealer?

Did they supply you a manual with it?
I think there are options but it's been so long since I read mine I can't remember.

Nothing in the Blue Logic manual.
The button doesn't function at all.Answer or up and down volume.
I'll have to take a ride to the dealer.

does the button light up when the car is on? if no then its probablly unplugged. if it lights up its most likely a faulty button/ecu.

You called it!
The Blue Logic switch and the VSC switch were both unplugged.
It seems the outside asshat that Toyota dealer service uses to install the remote start didn't put the plugs back in when installing the remote start.Give me great confidence that the remote install will be trouble free...not!
The dealer has this issue on record, though.
Good call,MstrToyoTech.
