Angry 6th Gen Brake Service Manual

Looking for the Brake manual for the 6th gen Camry as the manuals at Camrystuff.com aren't hosted correctly!

If you try downloading the Brake.pdf manual it gives you the Brake Control one so the Brake control chapter is up there twice

Go ahead and try it \/
  • (12.8MB, 472 pages)
  • (23.5MB, 618 pages)
So if anyone can contact the camrystuff guys or can get me the just the brake manual I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Note from TrailDust: Please read the Forum Rules regarding the posting of FSMs, thanks.

Well, yes and no. Open Brakes and go to the near end, after page 456 you will find what you need.

It takes less time to go thru the Brake section pages than write the thread.............and it's always someone elses problem.

I'm looking for the actual brake & rotor information that the BGB should have in the brake section; not just a diagram of the assembly.

Also njerald, why so bitter all the time - I'm genuinely looking for help not looking to get flamed.

You have the manual!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not bitter........I just hate stupidity, ignorance and laziness.

Open "Brake" as post #2 said. Go to page 473 which s/b BR-1 and goes to BR-73 before the parking brake section starts.

I guess that high school English wasn't too kind to you!

Back on topic:

Only reason I didn't see what I was initially looking for in the manual is because the pagination is incorrect. Page 47 is followed by page 57 and then 58 is numbered twice; finally after page 59 the manual returns to page 48 and so on.

I found this website where they have a step-by-step video on how to change rotors and pads to Camry Gen 6.
