fog lights for a 2002 Camry

I bought a used 2002 Camry LE recently and I'd like to install fog lights. I won an auction on Ebay that sold the fog lights that fit the Camry covers where the factory fog lights fit. It's made by Pilot Automotive. The Camry is prewired, totally or partially to accept fog lights as a 'dealer' option. Can someone confirm this?
And does anyone know where the harness that connects to the switch. I assume I can buy the switch alone from Toyota.

the stock switch is right beside the headlights switch, on that same arm, its just another one like that, so i dunno if you can add that on, it might just be a better idea to get a hard switch mounted somewhere
