U-turn making noise???

So on my 07' Camry SE I notice about 3 days ago that if I make a U-turn either right or left i hear some noise from the tires. Sounds like squeeking or something rubbing against each other so my guess is the the brakes are going bad.

Anyone agree with me on this???

The tires are squealing, so the brakes are worn out?? Serious?

if you were having problems with your brakes, you would notice it mostly under heavy braking, not when turning and the brakes aren't even applied.

First you might want to reread the post above this and use the edit function.

For the life of me I don't understand how you can deduce that a tire noise created only when the car is turned hard is caused by worn brakes. Go ahead and replace them if you want. Has nothing to do with the noise. Could be the strut mounts, the struts themselves, you might have a wheel bearing getting loose, could be you are at the end of travel for the power steering pump. Lots of things possible. Surely you know somebody over 25 or 30 who has an ear for this sort of stuff. Get a friend to drive it around a parking lot and have them render an opinion. If all else fails, take it to a mechanic. We can't diagnose much here without a bone being tossed. Left side, right side, pitch changes with speed??????? sheesh
