engine stalls

Hello,my wife was driving 02 camry 3 liters and the engine stalled ,after replacing an oxygen sensor,i donot know how it happened but she managed to put the transmission bach to park while moving slowly,she heard few clicks before the car stopped completely.
first,is that going to harm the transmission,car is shifting ok now.
second,the engine rpm is to start around 1,when the engine gets warm it has tendency to shut off unless you push the gas peddle.

B1S1 was replced according to the code.

The tranny is fine if it still works ok. I've put cars in park when they are still rolling before, and my brother put my camaro in reverse when he was going like 50 once.

IACV, idle, air intake control valve, don't know if it's the same on the 3/4th gen as the 5th but it sounds something like that area. Supposedly you can clean it.
