Gen5 i did my searching lowering springs

i got a 5th gen le v6 (2002) some guy offered me 80 bucks for his avalon intrax lowering springs he said he cut an inch or two in the front to make it sit even cause you know with lowering springs the rear slouches i think the intrax hes selling me is from 95-02 avalon im a v6 and he said i share same struts what do you guys think? i dont want to go coils yet. im running stock 15 inch 5 spoke for now. do you think theyll fit? i know i read camry and solaras only but maybe avalon too?

I wouldn't use them if they were given to me for free ...

your better off cutting your own and saving $ if you really want cut springs...

just dont do it, cutting it messes the springs up. Your losing function for form ... not worth it when you can just purchase non cut springs and even struts and have both function and form.

springs i careless i can go stock or get eibachs later or coils what could possibly go wrong than replacing a strut

Buy the cut springs, install it, and use it for a while. If you don't like it, replace it with Eibach or coils.

Why don't just buy Eibach or coils and be done with it? If you want to get rid of the sagging, just get cushions, better and safer than cutting springs.

hey guys i bought it off the guy for 60 bucks! i lowered the fronts yesterday and the springs worked suprisingly and its pretty good and now whenever i hit speedbumps i hear knocking noise hmmm im gonna do the rears later on because i didnt have time and im about to change rear brake pads and try and kill 2 birds with 1 stone rear should be easy> haha

that knocking noise is getting to me shouldnt be too severe right?

btw i think you guys read stock cut springs they were INTRAX lowering springs i only did the fronts that time cause i got lazy to do the rears ahaha and sold it to some avalon guy
