I suspect that I already know the answer but will ask anyway. In another lifetime I could adjust the headlights on my car (two spring-loaded screws on each bulb
for up-down and side-side adjustment).

The low beam on my 2010 Camry seems to run out at about 30 yards. Some night I am going out and actually measure it. High beam has no problem as it goes forever. It just seems that the low beam does not allow me to see very far down the road. I have not asked the dealer yet and thought I would ask here first. Is there a way to adjust the headlights on these new cars with the total headlight system in one big package?

There is one screw on the side/rear of the housing you can use a Phillips driver on. Otherwise, many people do a retrofit on those lights with HID units. Search HID.

halogens ain't that great on the camry. if u really want to get the best lighting u'll need a retrofit. real hid projectors from luxury cars and oem hid components. hit me up via pm.

as for adjusting it's a 8mm screw between the low beam and high beam on gen6.5 from what i remember. gotta remember though that if u adjust it higher the beam on ground will get dimmer and at same time u will also start blinding other drivers.

sorry to bring this back from the dead, but ive recently notice that my driver side cutoff is a little bit higher than my left and i tried messing around with the screw on the back and it didnt seem like it moved at all. How much do i have to turn it before the cut-off moves down? Also to make sure, your talking about this bolt right? Thanks

Yes, it's the right screw. You need to rotate it many rounds to see a cut-off moving. Remember that the correct aim is that there is about 2-2.5" drop at the distance of 25 ft.
