'07 Camry brake squeak/squeal

Lately my Camry has developed on occasional brake squeak/squeal. It doesnt make the noise during braking and it seems like it only does it when Im driving on dirt roads or roads that are dusty/sandy.
The noise only lasts for about 5 seconds and it only makes the noise at slow speeds.
Due to the fact that it doesnt make the noise during braking, Im thinking its not worn brake pads. Im kind of thinking it may just be sand getting between the pad and the rotor, causing the squeak.
It seems like too big of a conincidence that it only does it when Im driving on dirt roads or on roads that are dusty or sandy.
Thoughts?

So do you think it is just some sand between the pad and rotor? Ive been trying to think what else it could be, but the only constant seems to be dust/sand.
The road that I live on is gravel and sand and as soon as I pull onto my road it instantly starts squeaking.
