Manual HVAC to Auto Climate

Anyone know whether the manual dials assembly for air conditioning heating etc could be swapped out and an auto climate control could be replaced without modificatoin?

I know there is individual climate control for driver and passenger but perhaps all the cars are made with separate gateways...

Yes, this has been covered before, and yes it is very possible. The dealer can do this and would love to have the work. Figure it to take about two weeks and 6 thousand dollars. Not very practical, but they would love to do it for you. Hugely complicated.
