A V6 gen 6 engine into a gen 5...doable? lol

I know it might be pricey, but I'm just curious.

Thanks in advance.

If price is no object you can put a gen 6 v6 engine in a 1961 Peugeot. At some point though, price might become an issue. Forget it.

Me, I've never really been a fan of the lowered with body kits and stuff. I'm more of a luxury oriented type guy. I wanted to get some of the Gen 5.5 XLE V6 Alloys or the GS 430 5 spokes and throw em on there... Woodgrain, probably after market navi system. Leather, fogs and I thought about doing a projector headlight setup with a HID kit installed (if I can find one)

But until I find out whats wrong with the car, I wont be doing much of anything, and I'm not to engine savvy...

It's doable.

Then you can brag how you have a Lotus Evora engine.

For you 19 yo kids with extra money burning a whole in your pocket, find a local investment counselor and see what the minimum amount would be to buy into Rydex Russell 2000 funds. It will far outlive those chopped springs. Remember, work does not make money. Money makes money.

Will do. Not to hi-jack this thread, but since we are talking about swapping, in the Gen 5, the XLE has the electronic AC controls. Is this a easy swap with the manual? Or is there more to it like different connectors and a computer?
