foglight trim for LE

I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on the best way to paint the chrome rings black on these foglights. I looked everywhere for aftermarket foglights with black trim instead of chrome with no luck. I'm worried about the paint sticking to the chrome and flaking off over time...thanks

i think if u get some blackout tape then you wouldn't worry about painting.

A member used it to cover the chrome on the door, wouldn't see why it wouldn't work for just the trim.
Trimbrite black out tape *pics*

If you want to paint it, sand, primer, and paint then clear coat and it should last.
