Brake Lights not working ('03 Camry LE)

After replacing the light bulbs, i still cannot figure out the problem. The back up lights still work, and the third light (rear window) still works. Any suggestions on what i should do? Trying to save $800+ dollars.

The wiring diagram for your car can be found at www/camrystuff/com (remove slant bars, insert dots). Also you need to know if Japan or US made.

Check connector B11, in the center of the trunk floor under the latch area, might be loose. (A good place for something to snag or damage it.) I don't know if it is inside or under the car, should be inside the trunk....

Pin 1 of the light socket is +12 with the pedal pressed referenced to the chassis ground, bare metal. The other should always be ground, Ohm it to the chassis bare metal.
