Keylight Door handles

Has anyone ordered or dealt with Keylight? What a horrible experience. There are no instructions included with my handles. I had to try and figure out the wiring myself, only to find out that 2 of my handles didn't work. No one answers the phone or anything. Beware!! Beware!!!

Thanks, but they sent me another version of what you have. I've given up on them. I have 2 door handles that won't light at all. What a joke. I've gone with another vendor. I hope they are better than keylight.
