Gen6 10A Fuse under the hood that has power when the car is on?

Car: 2011 Camry LE
I'm looking for a 10A fuse under the hood that only has power when the car is on so I can tap into it. I see an unused 10A for a Rear Fog, but I believe this is on when the lights are on. Are there any slots anyone found?
Reason for 10A is that the tap kit says 10A max.
Thanks

I'm running exterior lights but I gave up on that method. I'm just going to tap into my headlight fuse, but that's 15A and I can't find a 15A tap at any auto parts store...only 10A

You're overthinking this. Find a source as close as possible with power available when needed, and splice in a 10 amp fuse right off the tap.
