Where does this hose end go? - Pics

2002 Camy 4 cyl 2AZ-FE

Below the throttle body there is "black plastic box". One hose connects to it from the Throttle body. But the other end coming out of this small black box is connected no where!

Where does this hose go? or is it like a drain? Can other 2AZ-FE owners pl check theirs?

Looks like a drain of sorts.. it's secured and nothing else is near it to look like it connects to it.

hmm ok thx. I figured I discovered something like a big vacuum leak and fixing it would give me +5hp gain . i guess not.
