Gen6 passenger side low beams doesn't turn on

hey guys, i've recently been into a minor accident and got my car back from the repair shop and now my low beams don't turn on, i had ddm hid's in there, but it's neither the bulb or the ballast thats the problem, perhaps a fuse? i tried to take out the fuse, but for some reason its pretty stubborn and wont come out, i also tried pliers as well lol. any tips on getting it out?

i'm not sure, but i certainly hope thats the problem. like i said, i find it difficult to pull out the fuse to check, i feel pretty dumb, but is there a certain way to take it out?

actually i just checked all the fuses and they're not burnt. any other things you guys think could be the problem?

you can get a test light or a volt meter to check the wire. that's the simplest way to do .

Personally, I would take it back to the shop that did your repair. They should fix EVERYTHING from the accident and give you back a fully functioning car.

did you check the connections for the hidkit maybe something came undone
