Gen5 how much engine oil do i need?

Gen 5
toyota camry 2002

4cy



i been googling for 15 minutes.. answer varie between 4 qt to 5 qt.

would love to know the exact number so i do not over fill. thank you.

uh..........put in 4 quarts, start up engine, let it flow thru filter and let the oil light go out, shut off engine, let it set for about a minute or two, pull out dip stick, check..........????????????

and add if needed..............????????????

The 4cyl holds 4 quarts and remember it's always better to underfill(within a reasonable amount) than to overfill.
