Why's that? From the looks of the patent filings by Toyota the 2011 and previous years look better (in my opinion). There's already an Avalon, you don't need an Avalon and an Avalon look-a-like.

^That turned out to be the Aurion, not the next USDM Camry.^
It says as much in that Autoblog entry. Besides that car looks like a milld change from what we have now and not worthy of being called the Gen 7 Camry. They've been on a 5 year cycle for quite some time so it should be no surprise that MY2012 should bring us an all new Camry.
In any event, all of us at the dealership haven't been told that there will be a completely redesigned Gen 7 Camry, and seeing as we're not far from when the 2012 will be released, I honestly don't think it will look much different.

its always been 3 years of the same everything, then face lift for 2 years, then all new redesigned
i dont see why they would not do the same for this gen... unless they know the world is ending...
2012 all new redesigned should be on the lots around or before summer 2011
It will be out July 2011 as a 2012 model. The outside will be a slight change...they will be concentrating their energy more on the interior of the car. This is what I have heard from 3 different regional people here in the Northeast. Noone has seen it as of right now...except obviously the design team.
