Question 09 camry manual/automatic a/c system wiring

Please help! I have '09 Camry with Manual AC/Heater Control Panel and I bought on ebay Automatic AC/Heater Control Panel . Problem is when I connected only the Rear Defogger button lights up and works. Nothing is showing in display. Is wiring different and if so how to rewire? Thanks!

will an 07 camry hybrid auto climate control work on an 09 se?

Basically, changing the climate AC is not simple as to change your manual AC control to automatic AC control. A lot of modifications (sensors, wiring,...) have to do for it to work, and this costs a lot!
