Door Won't Open

Hello Team,

My problem is currently i'm unable to open my front passenger side door. When pulling the door handle it feels heavier than before when it worked. When adding more pressure to open it seems I can feel the door mechanics move but nothing happens, I also notice that door lock moves only halfway to the unlock position. The outside door handle feels fine but it also does not open the door. This is a serious risk and i'm hoping to get this resolved so if anyone has any suggestions then please let me know.

You'll need to take the door panel off and check the cable that attaches to the door lever. Either that or the door lock is sticking.
