great! but can you confirm that the 2GR-FEs are direct-fuel injection?
the front wheel drive es350 uses the same exact multi port fuel injection engine and trans as the camry. The rear wheel drive is350 however uses the dirrect injection version...2GR-FSE

2gr-fe found in camry is not direct injection. 2gr-fse found in gs350/is350 is direct injection. trust me on this... u don't want the second one specially if going FI.
also what difference does it make that 4hp or whatever. the avalon when it came out was rated at 286 if i'm not mistaken but they changed it later bc of the new rules for getting hp figures.
just throwing out some info out there. i need to take my shit to the dyno to see what we putting to the wheels specially with my bitches, fujita and injen.

4 HP + XYZ HP they all add up to difference of something you feel or something you don't ya know, that 4HP might be difference between feeling extra power with your Fujita and Injen or not...
i dont think you can feel 4hp, let alone 4whp, running premium for the long term could cause engine problems as the higher the octane rating, the harder it is to burn the fuel, basically premium is meant for engines with higher compression

our V6 engine does have a fairly high compression ratio. 10.8:1. Runing on premium does technically give more power...but you'll hardly notice it

But U'll notice $$$ more when U fill up with Premium.
the different in prices by using premium isnt that much, but then again it all depends on where you live and your current gas prices. i use plus, right in the middle.

You won't feel 4HP, but you'll feel 20 HP. And to get to 20HP you might need a few here and a few there.
true ur right on that. plus a few also say with higher octane u get more mpg. all in all i love my motor and can't wait for what the future holds for it.
